Larry, Bolonkin is bit of a wild thinker, but all I can think in reply is: Why the f**k not? Be audacious!
Matrioshka Brains, Birch's Supra-Mundane Planets, moving planets, spinning planets, trawlling through the Sun to mix the core and so much else would be pretty straight-forward if you could figure out how to make the stuff stable and in quantity. Antimatter rockets... meh. Easy. Gamma-ray reflectors would be a simple layer of AB matter.
Dunno if we'll see the stuff made in our life-times, but then...
