Two commonalities stand out.
Thse guys get paid the most because they are good at adding value and a limited talent pool. A BS in BS/CS (BA) is not even close. We need to INSPIRE more people to go into math and science related fields.
Can't believe starting salaries have almost caught up to where I was only a few years ago. I recommend going down a few places on the list if you want to have more freedom of choice on where you live and the ability to start your own business.
