A rRssian commentator wrote about the US dissolving as had the USSR.
I though it was nonsense, and now I see this. "States rights" writ big.
In other words, having stripped the industrial heartland of its wealth, do the other regions now wish to
"succede" and leave the smoking rubble of Detroit, etc. behind?
