Good news: goal is a car that can recharge in 11 minutes.

Bad news: You need a 350 KW outlet. I seriously advise against sticking a fork in one of those.

Still, if the basic battery is capable of charging that fast, it can operate under more realistic "overnight charge" conditions until "power stations" start showing up at street corners.
