Housing markets shows signs of LIFE in sales
The downwartd spiral of home values has seemed to level off and the new housing sales have come in, alot of people I know are picking up homes at fire sale prices yet they have alot of work to do on them to make them code, and guess what, they are RENTING THEM OUT instead of flipping them, oh well dont' tell this guy, he has his own home sales probs....
