Mah Jong
A popular game at my house. The Mac version was called "Shanghai," but the version we had got so old it only ran on "classic" mode. I picked up a new one for my wife recently--there are many options for sale out there.
Vista came with a nice little gameset including a Mah Jong game that I like to kill time with now and then. Along with Solitaire, of course.
I imagine there's any number of computerized domino games out there.
