I agree; it's horrible.
Having just come off an 8 hr flight jammed next to the window with some type of metal box in front of my feet........I thought it was torture and will never again take a window seat on an overseas flight with my long legs.
As for this airline, no free travel passes would do for the inconvenience.
Crying babies? OMG
Perhaps a good lawyer could arrange to sue the airline if he found the passenger list.
It would take something like that to kick the thing up a notch. Inexcusable.
