Around where?
Any evidence other than an assumption based on what you think her personality is? I follow foreign policy blogs/news pretty closely and no one with usually good State sources (e.g., Laura Rosen or Steve Clemons) has said anything of the kind. Politico had a piece recently about her being "in the shadows" but even that piece was making the point that surprisingly, that role seems to be working out pretty well. Same thing I hear in person from State Dept. people here.
A gaffe in Congo aside, anything else you guys "there" are going on?
