Hello,
Here is an Infrared image of Saturn and its largest moon Titan (at about 6 o'clock position) courtesy of the Gemini Observatory. This color composite image was made using data from three infrared filters - using the Altair adaptive optics system with the Near-infrared imager (NIRI). The adaptive optics system uses a deformable mirror to remove distortions to light caused by the Earth’s atmosphere and produce images of remarkable detail.
This link also contains an interesting article about some large storms recently observed on Titan. "The research, to be published in the August 13, 2009 issue of the journal Nature, announces the discovery of significant cloud formation (about three million square kilometers) within the moon’s tropical zone near its equator."
Enjoy, Vince
