Having seen the horros of war and for that man to lead the Normandy Invasion, knowing full welll he would be sending thousands of men to their deaths, IKE would have the knowledge of any extra-terrestrail activity on planet and off based on mid century tech. Why do you think he gave that forboding speech to the public?
