Do aerospace corporations really need NASA?
Lockheed Martin, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, North American, etc.
For over 50 years they lapped up contracts from NASA.
But do those corporations really need NASA?
Could they go it alone without NASA? Say, to design, build and launch hardware
to go to the moon or asteroids?
Could Prez Obama bypass NASA and give funding and contracts directly to these
firms to send men out into deep-space once again?
