I have no problem with Brazil drilling for oil, any more than I have a problem with America drilling for oil. Offshore drilling is light years ahead of where it was when the last major spill happened forty years ago, and those who are against it are against it for largely irrational reasons. When the pollution rationale crapped out, we were presented with "aesthetic" reasons. That is, "we don't want to see anything related to the industry that keeps us alive." Cripes, they're even doing this with wind energy and solar.

Obama has worked hard to shut down American drilling. I was just pointing out one more example of a politician professing something about the environment that he obviously doesn't really believe himself, just to make political points. Then turning around and acting as if it wasn't true.
