LCROSS a model for a Europa mission?

If this has been mentioned before I didn't see it so sorry ahead of time.
Seems like this model would be a perfect mission to go along with the Jupiter moons mission on tract for a decade or two from now. Upscale it for greater impact and knock some of that briny material in a debris plume that will rise above the surface. The shepherding spacecraft will fly through the debris plume, collecting and relaying data back to Earth before impacting the European surface and creating a second debris plume. The orbiter might even be able to analyze the debris.
