That candy wrapper looks perfectly harmless to me
Just a couple wacky fruits playing around and having fun. Nothing more.
A child wouldn't see any sexual innuendo in that image unless other experiences had put those thoughts in his or her mind in the first place, and he had been taught to look for it.
Many of those adults who are offended and object to such innocuous images are simply religious fanatics or sexually repressed individuals who see that forbidden imagery that their twisted minds label as tabou. It's a psychological reaction.
