They scatter references to "satire" everywhere, and at the bottom of their "About" page is this:

DISCLAIMER: America’s Last Line of Defense is a satirical publication that may sometimes appear to be telling the truth. We assure you that’s not the case. We present fiction as fact and our sources don’t actually exist. Names that represent actual people and places are purely coincidental and all images should be considered altered and do not in any way depict reality.

In other words, if you believe this crap you’re a real dumbass.

They appear to have won a participation trophy, too.

Good comedy requires you know your audience. Looks like the people at that site are pretty tone deaf about the right, if they don't see the danger of trolling people who believe anything and have a love of violence. Once more false equivalency bites somebody in the butt. Just because the alt-right got away with similar trolling of liberal with consequences no worse than ulcers and high blood pressure, trolling the right this way leads to violence and mayhem. Just ask the owners of that pizza parlor in DC about the power of fake news.
