Linking to an existing url, edit your post by clicking on the pencil icon nest to your post.
In the editor, click on the img tab. Enter the url in the pop up window, enter. Then add a description, if you want, it is not required. hit enter. Then, in the editor, click the blue update button on the right, then "close and refresh page" at the bottom.
