I'm blown away; I've never gotten speeds that high except for the anomalous "boost" mode. What's probably at work is that it's mid-morning here, and that's probably one of the deader times of the day for residential Internet use. I still expect to see down around 5 in primetime hours.
Looks like I did get screwed like that ;-)
