A question about how time on the scope will be allocated.
I know it is all very complicated but have read little about it.
My question is, is there an override provision? So, say the scope is pointed at something scheduled long before but there is a sudden event that needs looking at. Can they just quickly move it? Or is there a lot more administration work than just "OMG we need to look at that!"
