Belief in god IS a conspiracy theory.
Don't get me wrong, belief in a supreme being that created and controls the universe is no more ridiculous than any other 'theory of everything'. Who knows, it might even be true.
What steams me about the god squad isn't just that they believe He exists, but that they know who and exactly what She is and what It, or They want us to do and how to live our lives. Maybe there is a god, I don't know for sure, no one knows, or can possibly know. The point is God has not revealed existence or properties to us and anyone who accepts that idea without reservations or doubt, and who insists everyone else must accept it too, is full of shit.
Those people are not just stupid, they are dangerous. I have no use for them.
