At least republicans have passed a few bipartisan bills with Biden. The $1T infrastructure bill is most noteworthy but the CHIPs bill is also huge. Obama couldn't get anything. Not one piece of bipartisan legislation in 8 years. Not even a puny $50M infrastructure bill he tried for late in his presidency.

I wonder what the difference is between Biden and Obama for republicans? It must something...? I just can't put my finger on it?
