Gay people have been largely accepted by most of society, with of course the exception of older christian fundamentalists. Trans people are really the last group of people who face open and harsh intolerance. I've admitted myself that I find trans people to be a little creepy but I will never tread on anyone's rights, or be rude to them for who they are.

I find your use of the N word offensive and unnecessary in this or any context. I don't like it even when black people say it but I understand it's part of black culture and it's a way to desensitize themselves to it. That word, like no other, encapsulates the entire history of slavery, dehumanization, physical abuse, sexual abuse, discrimination, et al, that black people have suffered for many centuries. I consider it the worst word in the language.
