Did I mention?
After more than twenty years, the firm that does my taxes, informed me that they can't do my taxes anymore. Not enough people to do for their small clients. A literal "Dear John" letter. Not a call. Just cold text. I did wind up talking to the boss, but he was just "get Turbo Tax." Went to their office to get the digital copies. Absolutely no conversation as the secretary handed me the thumb drive. No "thanks" for decades of relationship. Boss was on the phone.
Pretty sad, really.
