It's a disturbing feeling when every house you see, no matter how old or run down, is worth over a million dollars. As I walked to the beach I saw ultra modern homes the size of apartment buildings. One had a 2023 Corvette and a new RangeRover In the driveway. The kids around here drive Lamborghinis and McLarans. In the near future I won't be able to live here anymore. Unless I win the lottery. Not counting on it.
