I have to agree with ER here
As much as I hate the orange shitstain with every fiber of my being, he needs to be convicted in court for insurrection before being banned from office on the 14th Ammendment. The only other route, had he been convicted by Congress in his second impeachment, that too would have been sufficient to ban the scumbag criminal traitor pos.
SCOTUS is not allowing a fast trial on Jan 6. The GA trial is about election interference not insurrection. It's very unlikely the CO ruling will stand.
