Shutting it out
I have an almost constant feeling of unease in the pit of my stomach, and a sense of dread in the back of my mind that I am trying to ignore. I can only imagine how the people in Ukraine feel. We have a long dangerous road ahead of us. I'm burying myself in work and entertainment. Glancing only at the headlines once a day to see how the House will go.
