Maybe a bit overstated
Certainly he makes a lot of good points and gives many excellent examples. As I read this so many little annoying things I deal with related to online tech came to mind. Overall, I agree with his gripes, but I think he might be overstating the harm level it creates.
Yeah it sucks, but he rants like it's destroying civilization.
