Sorry Pod. I went straight to talking about the rocket.

The coupler weighs 40 grams, about 5% of the total weight.

The pic of the finished rocket was done by severely hacking the OpenRocket software to show the blast ring and engine details. It's a competition among OpenRocket users to draw things that we shouldn't be able to.
