I tend to agree with some exceptions

When Trump cancelled the nuclear deal Obama forged with Iran he did it against the advice of even the hawks in his first Admin. He did it simply because of his childish obsession with undoing anything Obama accomplished. (In fact he's still at it right now with his latest moves against Obamacare.)

Obama was playing the long game and what he was trying to accomplish was bringing Iran back into the fold of Western Civ. It's been pointed out many times that the majority of Iranians are pro west and large numbers are educated in the west. They want to live in a modern nation, not a 6th century theocracy. They're not all "ragheads" as you so ineloquently put it.

Trump's attack has ended any hope of Iran someday becoming an American ally or even moderately pro western again. And I don't mean a puppet ally like under the Shah but a true ally with mutual security interests.

That said, the reality is the current situation and not what it might have been had the nuclear deal never been trashed. And given that, taking out the Ayatollah's nuclear capacity was a must. Islamic religious fanatics have shown their intentions too many times to ignore. It had to be done.

I'll give the dipshit credit for doing one thing right. It doesn't come close to balancing out all the harm he has done and continues to do on so many levels and in so many ways.
