FFS dude, I said they are dragging out the missions to make sure they don't end up with another Viking fiasco. To say ongoing funding has NOTHING to do with it is, yes, fundamentally stupid. You sound like someone who never got out of the ivory tower. If you can explain how the funding cycle works differently then do it, instead of making backhanded insults. You are better than that.
