Orrery covers a distance range of about 20 orders of magnitude (and a new feature)
Earth -->observable universe
I am adding a transients feature to Orrery - in the orrery you can select one of the 10 most recent reported transients and it will zoom to it and display its location- right now all transients are Gamma ray bursts... some of which are so far out that zooming out to see them makes even Laniakea too small to show up on the Orrery!!!
New comets will also appear on the transients list, you click on a new comet in the transients list in Orrery and it will zoom to show its location in the solar system-
Neutrino events, LIGO detections supernovae will all be included in transients list....
