As far as I can tell, only you can manage your Tiki galleries, user page, icon, etc. I suppose Robert has the power, but I don't using my editor access.
I've several different icons in my file area. Double clicking on the filename brings up the image in a new window. Copy the URL. I a page, click on the insert image icon (not the link to gallery icon*). Drop the URL into the top field, then click submit query.
*use this icon to link to the public galleries.
