Nice to see that derivation. I've been playing with using rapidity to compute the exhaust velocities required, which makes for an easier approach to working out mass-ratios. However I haven't seen a relativistic derivation of the optimal exhaust velocity and so I'm wondering if rapidity isn't involved i.e. the mass-ratio is still 4.92 but the exhaust "velocity" and dv are rapidities not velocities.
