not that it is so hard just a pain in the ass

1, Go to your blog and copy the url for your first page
2. Choose post to blog and name the page Table of Contents or whatever
3. Use the quicktag insert/edit an internal wiki link
4. paste the page url into the space for the link and Table of Contents into the name space
5. edit the link by adding the [bracket then the |page 1 followed by the opposite bracket.
6. Hit enter and your page one should be linked
7. Repeat for each page.
8. As you add pages in the future just edit your TOC page

The thing that I haven't figured out, is how to edit the text size for links. I think it can be done but I haven't had the eureka moment yet
