However, this is less about race than it is about a specific political ideology. It is that ideology that is destroying Detroit, among other cities. There is one black person among 11 members of San Francisco's Board of Supervisors, and the great majority of them are white. Yet they are every bit as effective at screwing up a city, as I pointed out in the post below.
Another problem is the assumption that certain races MUST be of that ideology to be "authentic." Few people get more crap than conservative minorities.
