"E-mail greeting cards"
A supposed "greeting card" that asks you to click on a link to see it. The link is usually packing a virus or "Trojan" payload (it will be an ".exe" file if you check).
I'm sure most people already know this, but I've gotten three of these just this week, and they may be more common now.
