I'm far from a cheese connoisseur. I like mozzarelli on pizza, and I cruise the cheese plates at parties, but there really isn't a lot I go out and buy for myself. Okay, provolone for sandwiches sometimes. I don't like the weird cheeses that much. Sometimes I think the classiness of a cheese is dictated by how much mold it has on it.
My kids like cheese sticks. My wife likes parmesan (shaved) on spaghetti.
