I think I've fixed it now. Could you do me a favor and double-check?
The university was grateful, by the way. And we're all a little disturbed by such a large privacy hole. WordPress was designed for a single small blog, but even with only a small number of authors, it could be problemmatical. It should at least have a configuration setting to control whether the information is disclosed (and default off).
