Then you definitely want to stay away from the reds! Reds are my favorite. I screw the rules, too. I detest dry white wines so with fish I'd probably go for something like a rose. Other than that, it's red for almost anything for me. I love Riesling or liebfraumilch just for sipping or with dessert.
