Re: I have a post to Bowser that I can't edit.

No, on Flame, it was a Pearl Harbor Day post, not Christmas or Thanksgiving.

Rather like the real Pearl Harbor, it was designed to point out the error of my ways rather than either be a gift or an expression of gratitude.

Thankfully it was far more polite than the original Pearl Harbor. And it enabled me to point out the errors of his ways, and for him to point out the error of mine, and me the errors of his, and him the errors of mine, and me the errors of his.

In chess it would be known as the "HZ maneuver", each party pushing a pawn forward then bringing it back, the pushing the next pawn and pulling it back, over and over and over until the game is abandoned and each party moves over to another board and the game is repeated.

After a while each party declares himself undefeated and retires, falling asleep while congratulating himself for being a brilliant strategist.
