Re: Almost too funny for words!

In the age of Photoshop, no one need be embarassed by a doctored photograph. This is a photo that has been doctored, not by technology, but by a chance pose and geometrical arrangement of the subject and camera. It makes no effort to slander or humiliate someone, because its accidental nature is obvious upon inspection. I see nothing wrong here.

On the other hand, if someone had taken a great effort and skillfully made an image designed to embarass me, I might see your point. But I don't see if I were that young lady I would be offended. I don't even think its worth looking at. On the other hand, the characterization of the other young lady as "fat" is hurtful and cruel. I found that disturbing and hateful. She is the only one who would really get her feelings hurt when the picture went viral, not from the image, but by the caption.

On the other hand, I don't particularly find it funny or sexy either. After all, who can blame Jay Leno if a potato has growth that looks like a big chin.
