keeping track of every discontent with mental difficulties gets to be overwhelming...and then deciphering which ones are really dangerous or backed by arab terror blood-money and which ones are just left-wing marker-sniffing kids now shy a few hundred million brain cells.
Even that library bill went down in flames. Though I am very happy it did. If the terrorists think their are no filters on library computers - they will keep using them to anonymously send and receive messages. Now any watcher inserts can catch more bad-guys.
The kiddies can't be kept from content anyway, so parents will just have to start the moral education and the accompanying counter-porn propaganda a wee bit earlier than they would normally. By understanding human depravity and that there are people who prey upon the dark side of human nature is something every five year old should already be made aware.
This way by the time they get to be 10-11 and are exposed to all the kids in school who have free reign over the internet - and subsequent adult content, the explanations come just a little bit easier.
The FBI, like any organization has its career bureaucrats who stifle the "alarmist" or "activist" agents who may rock the boat. However, little credit is given to the fact that we have enjoyed relatively terror free lives thanks in large parts to conspiracies and arrests these folks HAVE busted and made.
It's this normalcy - that emboldens criticism anyways. If every day since 9-11 we heard of terror attacks here on our soil - from coast to coast - everyone would be a little bit more alert and would not make fun of the terror alerts and warnings. The FBI and Bush administration are now victims of their own high job performance.
It's easy pickings to point out the bad in the government - harder and less satisfying to point out the good.

You see why the FBI is overworked...
