These things tend to be more obsessive than anything else. While not going into detail, there are forces out their which propagate gore (not AL) to lower the sensitivity of the next generation.

Kids who perform psychotic acts of violents are almost always linked to video-game first shooters and exposure to horrific simulated or real violence.

In San Diego, one of the broadcast network affiliatenews were hurting for ratings ( I can't recall which one) and so they decided to show a head being pulled from a dumpster after a two second announcement that the following footage was perhaps not suitable for sensitive viewers.

I thought it showed extremely poor taste. For those who seek gory violence there is plenty to go around - but when it is put out to kids on the 6 o'clock news who can't be rushed out of a room in time - it is a rather nasty intrusion.

Drudge is a bit of an Enquirer style hits-grabber, going for a lot of unnecesssary news that simply panders to the lower spectra of the web-surfers. He does a lot of good in collecting news but sometimes strays into the dark realms of human depravity for a million hits.

Your mind is like a refrigerator - some things are better left out before they taint the rest. All energy regenerates. Many of us get enough real violence in our lives to avoid adding unnecessarily to the baggage.

You know that kids will see this - young boys and girls. Some will be goaded by peers to see if they can stomach it.

Another Drudge poor judgement call.

When I see the day that good deeds and charitable acts have a website of their own - and clips that people propagate and view them more often as the negative ones - I will know that we will win the war against the dark side...
