The energy cannot be created and destroyed bit is one I was brought up on as a child by my parents and grandparents - that and relativity explanations made quite an impression.
Energy is the sum of everything and we are just beginning to use it and use it more intelligently. The more we understand the way it functions - the more we can tap thes tremendous potential of the energy movements areound us AND within us.
