Same here. I’ve never been able to spell. I try to claim I have a mild form of dyslexia, but that’s just an excuse. A better answer is that it’s genetic. Runs in the family. No one in our family could spell. One of my sister’s teachers chastised my mother for misspellings in a note she sent in with my sister.
