Yup.........I couldn't believe it myself.
The Federal Government is now training individuals in "previsualization" to prevent a crime before it happens.
Apparently there is a new technology (yeah, right.....your tax dollars at work again) that heavy hitters on the paranormal side will be able to PREVENT murderous acts before they occur.
