This software was designed for the classroom setting. The Library one is actually a light version of the main software. This could be used anywhere that some sort of monitoring of kids is required. Any stations which are intentionally unsupervised should not be monitorred in this way. One other thing I read in a related article is that as soon as the user logs on a warning message pops up explaining that the workstation is monitored. Giving enough specifics about how the monitoring works should be plenty of deterrent to keep kids off the sights that get through the filter, if there is one.

Obviously if someone was using a "stealth" version of this software on machines where adults work and surf, one could get into all sorts of privacy issues, not to mention lawsuits.
