PS The "kicker" here is if this cell phone thing is like the Newt Gingrich call which just happened to have been overheard, taped, and given to Democrats. If the bad guys were tapped, and this guy is used to leak that, it's possible. But Ashcroft is pretty good about trotting down to the press room with the least bit of information that makes them look good. Used to be, anyway, until GWB noticed Ashcroft got more press than himself.
