An illegal spying overflight comes into the hands of those upon whom it was spying.
And it should be given back?
The only reason Obama would ask for it back would be to maintain the fiction that it was on a legal flight over Pakistan and the incursion was the result of mechanical difficulties. Then he'd have a case for the return of the vehicle.
