Do you notice they are targeting drug users? That's pretty clever too. Drug users will spend money for any believed "high" and have probably already destroyed enough brain cells so as to find the box feasible.

Run an eight minute mile - or just exercise for half an hour and you'll have enough endorphins released for a real natural high - and you will fall asleep like a baby or be able to pass on the viagra.

And then they wont have to run around with a battery in a plastic box on their head with vaseline greased paperclips stuck to their earlobes, imagining they are getting high.
