The whale was confused by the warm waters and sensed that man was the one responsible.

Mr. Tibbs was exploiting the seas resources and had just slaughtered many of the Wwhale's friends among the albacore tuna.

Not only did Mr. Tibbs get what is coming to him but he should be called the "killer human" and the whale should be called the victimized whale.

Greenpeace should've caught the whole thing on film to play at the next summit as an example of mother nature and Gaia fighting back against the exploitive humans destroying the world with their capitalist greed and polluting, consumer ways.
